Glasshouse coffee shop is hidden deep in downtown Davao City. Placed inside the garden of the Oboza compound in Rizal st. corner Ponciano st. A tiny bungalow mostly built with glass, hence the name of the cafe.

Upon entering the annex a sudden gust of calmness comes into our mind. Being surrounded by the glass structure and able to view the garden outside gives a more spacious and comforting feeling because of the natural light that is coming in.
For this afternoon we had a cuppacino that packs a punch to keep you awake for the rest of the day. It is served in a ceramic cup inviting you to take a sip.

The meal we were able to have was the bolognaise, a simple pasta dish in red meat sauce, from Claude's le Cafe de Ville. Comfort food at its best, although not to many because of it being in the sour side unlike in the typical filipino mix.

If you're in the downtown area and would like to escape the bustling streets of the city, coming to this cafe would be a relief. It's the kind of place that we would like to keep to ourselves but something we have to share to you guys. Enjoy!
